Merchandising Representative

Responsibilities

Ficosota is looking for a Merchandising Representative to join its Sales Team in the Non-Food Products Division for Sofia.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain and develop Ficosota’s product assortment within the assigned network of retail outlets.
  • Travel extensively to manage and monitor contractual relationships with customers in the region.
  • Prepare and maintain regular and promotional product displays in accordance with Ficosota’s merchandising standards across the assigned stores.
  • Optimize orders from retail outlets and process orders when necessary.
  • Negotiate promotional activities within the parameters defined by the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with distributors and distributors’ sales representatives in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with and implementation of the company’s commercial policies.
  • Prepare reports and analyses for the stores under your responsibility.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Previous experience in a similar position is considered an advantage.
  • Active driver with a valid driving license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel (formulas, data entry, and data processing).
  • Knowledge of commercial mathematics and sales metrics.
  • A university degree in Economics or a related field is considered an advantage.
  • Sales experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to independently prioritize and organize daily tasks.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively represent and defend the company’s interests.
