Regional Sales Manager

Ficosota is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to join its Non-Food Products Division sales team in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.
A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining strong partnerships with local key accounts and distributors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with local key customers, ensuring optimal representation of Ficosota products at the point of sale.
- Secure product listings for the company's portfolio.
- Manage the overall customer budget.
- Ensure shelf positioning complies with Ficosota's merchandising standards.
- Negotiate and establish secondary displays in strategic in-store locations.
- Negotiate leaflet placements and other promotional activities with customers.
- Conduct daily merchandising activities in assigned stores, aiming to achieve company display standards.
- Work closely with the distributor's sales representatives.
- Install and maintain promotional materials.
- Take and/or replenish orders when necessary.
- Execute promotional activities (e.g., promotional shelf labels, silent promotions, leaflets).
- Monitor sales turnover of stores within the assigned territory and strive to increase sales through assortment optimization, displays, and promotional activities.
- Use various mobile applications daily to report and track work activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong computer skills, including: Microsoft Office; PowerPoint; Excel (formulas, data entry, and data analysis)
- Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
- University degree.
- Ability to independently prioritize and organize daily tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Experience in sales.
