Regional Sales Manager

Ficosota is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to join its Non-Food Products Division sales team in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.

 

A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining strong partnerships with local key accounts and distributors.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage relationships with local key customers, ensuring optimal representation of Ficosota products at the point of sale.
  • Secure product listings for the company's portfolio.
  • Manage the overall customer budget.
  • Ensure shelf positioning complies with Ficosota's merchandising standards.
  • Negotiate and establish secondary displays in strategic in-store locations.
  • Negotiate leaflet placements and other promotional activities with customers.
  • Conduct daily merchandising activities in assigned stores, aiming to achieve company display standards.
  • Work closely with the distributor's sales representatives.
  • Install and maintain promotional materials.
  • Take and/or replenish orders when necessary.
  • Execute promotional activities (e.g., promotional shelf labels, silent promotions, leaflets).
  • Monitor sales turnover of stores within the assigned territory and strive to increase sales through assortment optimization, displays, and promotional activities.
  • Use various mobile applications daily to report and track work activities.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong computer skills, including: Microsoft Office; PowerPoint; Excel (formulas, data entry, and data analysis)
  • Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
  • University degree.
  • Ability to independently prioritize and organize daily tasks.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
