Sales & Merchandising Representative

Ficosota is looking for an Sales & Merchandiser Representative to join its Sales Team in the Non-Food Products Division for the Sofia region.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop Ficosota’s product assortment within the assigned network of retail outlets.
- Prepare and maintain regular and promotional product displays in accordance with merchandising standards across the assigned stores.
- Optimize orders from retail outlets.
- Negotiate promotional activities within the parameters defined by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with distributors and distributors’ sales representatives in the region.
- Monitor compliance with and execution of the company’s commercial policies.
- Prepare reports and analyses for the stores under your responsibility.
Requirements:
- 1–1.5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of commercial mathematics and sales metrics.
- Sales experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is considered an advantage.
- Ability to independently prioritize and organize daily tasks.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to represent and defend the company’s interests.
