Long Description

FICOSOTA is a fast-growing company, a manufacturer of home and personal care products and snack food. Already well presented in many markets worldwide, our company works hard to offer customers high quality products, effective decisions, and excellent results! Ficosota is now searching for its Traditional Trade Sales, Manager, in our Food division, based in Serbia.

 

Мain duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales activity in the area in accordance with the selling policy of the company
  • Optimizing orders from distributors, sales coordination and checking of stocks in warehouses
  • Collaborating with Sales Representative in local key accounts and routing
  • Engagement in the listing of products in distributors and numeric distribution in the region
  • Negotiation of promotional activities and promotional packages and development of a Promo calendar that aligns with the brands strategies
  • Maintain and develop customers - analyzing the results of the customers and taking concrete measures to develop
  • Collaboration with distributors and their structure in relation to the quality of customers, service and supplying the necessary information related to workflow
  • Creation of relevant records relating to the work within the specified period
  • Maintains contractual relationships with clients in the region through regular visits to the routing.

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an FMCG company
  • Knowledge of English, B1/B2
  • Knowledge of commercial law
  • Computer literacy: working proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office
  • Ability to independently prioritize and organize relevant tasks
  • Ability to persuade and defend the principles of the company
  • Outgoing and responsible for its tasks
