Sales & Merchandising Representative

Ficosota is looking for a Sales & Merchandising Representative (Mobile Merchandiser) to join its Non-Food Products Division sales team for the Veliko Tarnovo region.If you are energetic, positive, well-organized, and results-driven, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain and develop Ficosota's product assortment across an assigned network of retail outlets.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned region to manage and monitor contractual relationships with customers.
  • Ensure regular and promotional product displays are implemented and maintained according to Ficosota's merchandising standards in the assigned stores.
  • Optimize orders from retail outlets and place orders when necessary.
  • Negotiate promotional activities within the parameters defined by the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with distributors and their Sales Representatives in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's commercial policies and standards.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records for the assigned retail outlets.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 1–1.5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
  • Good written and spoken English is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel (formulas, data entry, and data processing).
  • Knowledge of commercial mathematics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field is considered an advantage.
  • Previous sales experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is considered an advantage.

  • Strong ability to prioritize and organize daily tasks independently.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills, with the ability to represent and uphold the company's interests.
