Here, in Ficosota, we look at all candidates as potential future colleagues. So here's a short summary of our hiring processes, to keep you well informed and prepared.
1. Application screening
The 1st step of getting hired is evaluating and screening the received CVs and resumes. The CV should be optimized enough to get noticed by the human resource recruitment process managers. The CV should contain information relevant to the job the applicant is applying for.
2. Interview And Selection
Conducting Interview. The HR or the application shortlists the candidates and then calls for interviews. The interview can be of various stages and types according to the job’s nature. Among various types of interviews, few are telephonic, zoom, or one-on-one. Telephonic interviews are mostly the first stage of interviews.
3. Pre-employment testing
We use a various tools like those offered by Skills-Based Assessments:
- Technical Skills Tests
- Cognitive and Aptitude Assessments
- Personality and Behavioral Assessments
4. Background Checks and References: Verifying candidate information and references and decision period
The procedure of background verification is a clear-cut task that is practiced by a person or organization to check a person’s clear identity, bureaucratic records, and employment history. There are several background verifications including recruitment verification, criminal history checks, and universal background checks. While practicing verification, you concentrate only on data directly appropriate to the job position you are hiring for. Agreement rules and your company’s policies will decide the type of background verification that should be completed for the process. The cost of the search will vary and rise with each further search you perform.
5. Job Offer and Negotiation: Extending an offer and negotiating terms
Now, you have found your ideal candidate. Now, it's time to make an offer. The final decision is made after reviewing their performance throughout the recruitment stages. It is recommended that you discuss the decision with other team members and departments. Once you decide, it's time to invite the candidate and make an official job offer. Include all the terms of hiring, including the salary, compensation package, benefits, work schedule, working hours, and potential deal-breakers.
6. Onboarding: Integrating the new hire into the organization.
