At Ficosota, we believe that a strong team is built beyond the office walls.
From team-building activities and company events to professional trainings and international industry fairs, we create opportunities to connect, learn, and celebrate success together.
In addition to regular activities, we also organize open doors events, welcoming our teams’ family members to experience the atmosphere at Ficosota. These events offer a unique opportunity to visit our production facilities, gain insight into our daily operations, and better understand the work we do.
