Automation Engineer

Ficosota Ltd. is currently looking to recruit an Automation Engineer to join its team.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operation of machinery and equipment to ensure timely, efficient, and effective maintenance of production machines, equipment, and other technical assets.
- Ensure the availability of the required spare parts and consumables in cooperation with production mechanics, the Utilities Engineer, the Instrumentation & Automation (I&A) Specialist, and the Procurement team.
- Participate in the design, implementation, and commissioning of new machinery, equipment, and other technical solutions aimed at improving production efficiency.
- Organize and monitor the condition of plant equipment, as well as maintenance and repair activities throughout the factory.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors involved in engineering projects or maintenance and repair work.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or another relevant technical field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software.
- English language proficiency at CEFR Level C1.
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, precision, responsibility, and analytical thinking.
