Supply Specialist

Ficosota Ltd. is looking for a Supply Specialist to join our Supply Department in Shumen.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Plans, organizes, manages, and controls all activities related to the supply of the required raw materials, materials, and consumables, ensuring the required quality and delivery within the specified deadlines;

  • Maintains optimal stock levels of the assigned raw materials and materials in accordance with the applicable procedures;

  • Participates in the development of the company's internal supply policies and procedures and supports their practical implementation;

  • Ensures effective coordination between the Supply Department and other organizational units;

  • Independently negotiates the purchase of assigned raw materials and materials;

  • Monitors the fulfillment of supplier contracts in terms of price, delivery deadlines, quality, and penalties for non-performance;

  • Researches and identifies potential suppliers;

  • Maintains and updates the information system related to orders, samples, claims, and the operational activities of the Supply Department;

  • Analyzes supplier performance, prepares and processes the necessary reports and documentation;

  • Analyzes inventory levels in order to optimize supply and inventory management processes.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;

  • Excellent command of English. Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an advantage;

  • Professional experience in the end-to-end supply and procurement process within international trade;

  • Experience with an ERP system; SAP experience is considered an advantage;

  • Excellent knowledge of logistics processes, practices, and methodologies;

  • Creativity, initiative, innovative and analytical thinking;

  • Good computer literacy;

  • Strong organizational skills;

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
