Ficosota Ltd. is looking to recruit an Technician Systems to join its team.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Operate and maintain the electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation (I&A) equipment directly related to the production process and production lines;
  • Ensure the electrical equipment and I&A systems are maintained in reliable working condition to maximize the efficiency and availability of the production lines;
  • Work with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and servo drive systems;
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot various types of sensors, including ultrasonic, inductive, optical, laser, and others;
  • Work with industrial controllers and automation systems;
  • Read, interpret, and troubleshoot electrical schematics and technical drawings;
  • Participate in the implementation of new projects aimed at optimizing production equipment and processes.

Candidate Requirements

 

  • Secondary or vocational technical education, preferably in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field;
  • Experience and/or knowledge in configuring and programming measuring instruments, industrial processes, and electric drive systems;
  • Valid Electrical Safety Qualification – Group III (or an equivalent nationally recognized electrical safety certification);
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a proactive approach to work.
