As Marketing Manager for Bruschette Maretti, you will serve as the global custodian and chief growth engine of the brand. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Marketing, you will define the 3-year strategic horizon and oversee the end-to-end global marketing mix. You will balance brand-building excellence (positioning, communications, product innovations) with solid financial performance (P&L responsibility, revenue growth, net margin, and market expansion).

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

  • Global Brand Strategy & Positioning: Formulate and execute the long-term global brand vision, defining target consumers, brand architecture, value propositions, and global positioning across all touchpoints.
  • Brand Communication & Digital Platforms: Lead the creation of world-class brand communication strategies, key visuals, TV commercial platforms, digital assets, and POS toolkits to be deployed across international markets.
  • New Product Development (NPD) & Innovation: Drive consumer-centric innovation pipelines. Oversee packaging design, product concepts, sensory testing, and market feasibility studies from ideation to launch.
  • Portfolio & Category Management: Manage the breadth and depth of the brand portfolio to maximize market penetration, volume share, and profitability across diverse international regions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution: Lead complex global projects collaborating seamlessly with R&D, Operations, Local Marketing, Supply Chain, and regional teams to ensure flawless and timely market rollouts.
  • International Market Support & Mentorship: Partner closely with regional/local marketing and sales teams, providing key activation toolkits, market guidance, and strategic direction. Mentor and develop brand managment team.
  • P&L & Performance Monitoring: Monitor monthly business metrics (Net Turnover, Net Margin, Profitability, Brand Health indicators). Implement agility-driven action plans whenever course correction is needed.

 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

 

  • Global / International FMCG Experience: Proven track record of 5+ years in brand management within a multinational or global FMCG environment.
  • Visionary & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong strategic thinking coupled with an ownership mindset — someone who sees opportunities where others see limits.
  • Commercial & P&L Acumen: Deep understanding of business P&L, financial metrics, pricing corridors, and market dynamics.
  • Proven Leadership & Project Management: Exceptional track record of bringing product innovations and 360° communication campaigns to market while leading cross-functional teams.
  • Consumer Insight & Analytical Rigor: Mastery of market research methodologies, data analysis (Nielsen, Kantar, etc.), and consumer psychology.
  • Language & Mobility: Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level). Willingness to travel to international key markets.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
