Sales Excellence Expert

 

Ficosota is looking for a motivated and analytically driven Sales Excellence Expert to support the continuous improvement and optimization of business processes, sales tools, and reporting systems across the organization.

This role plays a key part in increasing sales force effectiveness through data analysis, process standardization, and implementation of best practices. The position is strongly focused on field sales performance, market data analysis, and optimization of Perfect Store execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Plan and manage monthly retail outlet visit schedules to ensure achievement of sales targets, providing optimization recommendations when needed;
  • Collaborate closely with regional managers, sales representatives, and merchandising teams;
  • Collect, track, classify, and analyze field sales data to evaluate team performance and effectiveness;
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and propose data-driven solutions;
  • Support onboarding of new employees, monitor their progress, and evaluate development performance;
  • Provide regular recommendations based on identified irregularities or deviations from company standards, procedures, or expected behavior;
  • Participate in digitalization and automation initiatives aimed at improving commercial processes;
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct manager / Business Unit Manager, aligned with departmental objectives;
  • Work with distributor networks and understand FMCG market dynamics, competition, trade mathematics, financial indicators, marketing plans, and merchandising principles.

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in FMCG, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, or Field Sales Support;
  • Strong understanding of FMCG trading models and field sales operations;
  • Higher education degree;
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with sales teams in the field;
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools;
  • Experience with CRM/SFA systems is a strong advantage;
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable field insights;
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct frequent market/field visits;
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
